Consultations To properly tailor your nutrition plan I need to understand where you are at, where you want to be, and what your current barriers may be - lack of time, lack of knowledge, injuries, muscle weakness or imbalance, general health / medical concerns and of course food allergies. Our first consultation is thorough; you can expect to be with me for two hours.
Payment is by CASH, CHEQUE or BANK TRANSFER.
